Mariner

Our clients brought us in before purchasing their home for us to evaluate the possibilities of renovation. We estimated the total renovation to determine the total investment of the home. Knowing what they were getting into, they purchased the home and we began our architectural drawings. The pictures speak for themselves on this project - a dramatic transformation!

Our involvement for the Mariner project included: property evaluation, design, and construction.

Aster

For first time home-buyers, finding the right house that meets all of your needs can become overwhelming. Our clients liked the layout and bones of this home - they just wanted it to be updated. By helping them visualize the potential of the house, they are able to have everything they wanted in their first home!

Our involvement for the Aster project included: buyer representative, property evaluation, design, construction, marketing, tenant selection and lease, and currently property manager.

Currywood

While this house was located in a great, sought after neighborhood, it was suffering from a serious identity problem. The house itself was far outdated with a limiting, closed floor plan. Knowing that the home would not sell without improvements, our team came in and transformed every space of the house! Just take a look at the changes! This beautiful home sold in under three months.

Our involvement for the Currywood project included: property evaluation, design, construction, marketing/staging, and sale.

Grey Fox

Our involvement for the Grey Fox project included: purchase, property evaluation, design, construction, marketing/staging, and sale.

Redbud

What started out as a traditional one-story home, is now a modern masterpiece. We tore the existing structure down and built new from the slab up. The natural light throughout brings this house to life!
